Sumario:The war cinema is the only genre used by the Islamic Republic of Iran as official propaganda because the Iran-Iraq War had great importance in the formation of the idea of nation and during the consolidation of the regime. But was until the end of the 90s decade that the women began to gain importance in the films and had main characters and was 2005 when the first film of the genre was directed by a woman. The collective memory only is effective if there are different voices and the memory is remembered from different perspectives. The films with women as protagonists and directed by women talk about the feminine experiences and remind that the wars are not only lived by soldiers and are not ended with the armistice.
