It is aimed at making a contribution to professionals in the field of social work and to those disciplines, professions and/or mental health workers in general. It was born from the work processes carried out there. It focuses on the place social work has within work teams in the field of mental health. It attempts to explore, rethink and reconsider by putting into play the point of view and concepts of some authors about how the knowledge linked to our academic training articulates with that from other participating disciplines (the fields of psychology, for example) according to the design of health strategies. Their differences and possibilities of integration. This publication is also aimed at contributing to our own care as workers and to the analysis of institutional conditions within the current context and according to The National Mental Health Act No. 26.657. The intervention is thought in a restorative perspective of the rights of those people who suffer from subjective ailments and it attempts to open possible lines of action, more integrating ones, in comparison with fragmentation and hyper-specialisation. Esta publicación surge a partir de la experiencia realizada en la Residencia Interdisciplinaria de Salud Mental (RISaM) en el Hospital Eva Perón de la localidad de Granadero Baigorria. Tiene como objetivo generar una contribución para lxs profesionales del trabajo social y para aquellas disciplinas, profesiones y/o trabajadorxs de la salud mental en general. Nace a partir de dichos procesos de trabajo, intentando profundizar sobre el lugar del trabajo social dentro de los equipos interdisciplinarios en el campo de la salud mental. Intenta explorar, repensar y reflexionar, poniendo en juego la mirada y los conceptos de algunxs autorxs, sobre cómo se produce la articulación de los saberes ligados a nuestra formación con aquellos de las otras disciplinas intervinientes (campo “psi”) en función de la construcción de estrategias de salud. Sus tensiones y posibilidades de integración. A su vez, toma la iniciativa de contribuir al propio cuidado como trabajadorxs y al análisis de las condiciones institucionales en el contexto actual en relación a la Ley Nacional de Salud Mental N° 26.657. Se piensa la intervención del Trabajo Social desde una perspectiva restitutiva de los derechos de las personas con padecimientos subjetivos, que intenta trazar posibles líneas de trabajo integradoras, en contraposición a las lógicas de fragmentación e hiper-especialización en salud.
