To address these problems, the proposals of two authors from the critical South-South dialogue are analyzed: on the one hand, the postcolonial historian Dipesh Chakrabarty; and on the other, the Aymara-Bolivian political philosopher, Luis Tapia Esta reflexión intenta abrir una conversación sobre dos problemáticas muy presentes y urgentes de la actualidad. Dos problemáticas que durante años han corrido por caminos separados y que en las últimas décadas han empezado a articularse e interrelacionarse cada vez más. La primera refiere al cambio climático y el Antropoceno; la segunda, a la historia y el tiempo. Para abordar estas problemáticas, se analizan las propuestas de dos autores provenientes del dialogo critico sur-sur: por un lado, el historiador poscolonial Dipesh Chakrabarty; por el otro, el filósofo político aymara-boliviano Luis Tapia Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
