| Sumario: | The work seeks to make visible, from the judicial activity, a necessary dialogue between Law and Social Work. The aim is to generate a tool that allows Social Work professionals to be agents of change and fulfilment of people when facing the phenomenon of over-indebtedness in the consumption of goods and services, allowing to detect the elements of this phenomenon and the actions to be taken in order to avoid a deepening of people's vulnerability to abusive actions on the part of suppliers and guaranteeing, in turn, access to consumption using as a resource the normative system in already installed devices. |
