The aim is to generate a tool that allows Social Work professionals to be agents of change and fulfilment of people when facing the phenomenon of over-indebtedness in the consumption of goods and services, allowing to detect the elements of this phenomenon and the actions to be taken in order to avoid a deepening of people's vulnerability to abusive actions on the part of suppliers and guaranteeing, in turn, access to consumption using as a resource the normative system in already installed devices. El trabajo presenta la visibilización  desde la actividad judicial  de un  necesario diálogo entre el Derecho y el Trabajo Social. El objetivo es generar una herramienta que permita a les profesionales del  Trabajo Social ser agentes de cambio y de realización de las personas al enfrentar el fenómeno del sobreendeudamiento en el consumo de bienes y servicios, permitiendo detectar los elementos de este fenómeno y las acciones a llevar adelante para evitar una profundización de la vulnerabilidad de las personas frente a las acciones abusivas por parte de les proveedores y garantizando, a su vez, el acceso al consumo utilizando como recurso al sistema normativo en dispositivos ya instalados.
