Sumario:This paper analyzes the food issue, investigating what food management strategies are possible between State-Movements coordination. To do this, it starts from the analysis of the specific set up that goes on the crossing by neoliberalism, productive model and alimentary question, from the 70’s ahead. I'll work studying State’s alimentary politics and alternative experiences sustained by rural social movements to answer alimentary issues in Argentina. The Rural Movement of Excluded Workers is taken as an emerging revealer, because it promotes other possible forms of food management from family farming with potential for the construction of food sovereignty in coordination with the State.
