To do this, it starts from the analysis of the specific set up that goes on the crossing by neoliberalism, productive model and alimentary question, from the 70’s ahead. I'll work studying State’s alimentary politics and alternative experiences sustained by rural social movements to answer alimentary issues in Argentina. The Rural Movement of Excluded Workers is taken as an emerging revealer, because it promotes other possible forms of food management from family farming with potential for the construction of food sovereignty in coordination with the State. El presente trabajo aborda la cuestión alimentaria en Argentina indagando qué estrategias de gestión alimentaria son posibles en la coordinación interactoral Estado-Movimiento. Para ello, se parte del análisis de la configuración específica que se produce en el entrecruzamiento entre neoliberalismo, modelo productivo y la cuestión alimentaria a partir de los años 70. Por otro lado, se revisan las principales políticas de asistencia alimentaria desplegadas por el Estado y de otras experiencias sostenidas por movimientos sociales para dar respuesta a la problemática alimentaria en Argentina. Asimismo, se toma como emergente revelador el Movimiento de Trabajadores Excluidos rama rural porque promueve otras formas posibles de gestión de los alimentos desde la agricultura familiar, con potencial para la construcción de la soberanía alimentaria en articulación con el Estado.
