Using an articulated analysis of testimonies, documents and interviews, the objective will be to analyze how the category of “leader” is modulated according to conflictive processes, bureaucratic, academic and institutional classifications. It also aims to detect axes, ask questions and generate future lines of research. The analysis methodology is based on the use of ethnographic tools such as participant observation and open interviews developed with members of the Professional Training Institute (ICP) based in the Federal Capital.
