Explores the socio-historical conditions of   emergence of this matrix, where although the immediate context of its emergence gives meaning to this, we understand that not exhausted, since the various debates placed in CELATS experience as reading and hypothesis intervention, we are questioning. This text exploratory dialogue with socio-historical experience, which reconstructs debates that have encouraged the search contemporary Social Work. El artículo trabaja la hipótesis de que en el marco del CELATS, ya a principios de los 80, se elabora una “matriz teórico-política” para el Trabajo Social, que fundamenta estrategias teórico-prácticas de actuación profesional en contextos institucionales (públicos o privados) entrelazadas a la creación de una nueva hegemonía social. Explora las condiciones socio- históricas de emergencia de esta matriz, donde si bien el contexto inmediato de su surgimiento le otorga sentido a esta, entendemos que no lo agota, ya que los diversos debates colocados en la experiencia del CELATS, como hipótesis de lectura e intervención, nos siguen interrogando. Es un texto exploratorio en diálogo con una experiencia socio-histórica, que reconstruye debates que todavía alientan las búsquedas contemporáneas del trabajo social. Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
