Throughout the work psycho- analytic conceptualizations are recovered around the teens and are stressed with the daily realities that young people go through exclusion, violence, vulnerability, disaffiliation. The tour of their social trajectories shows the particular form that adolescents assume in the singularity of this neighborhood. The article aims to record some effects derived from the work in the device as a care or voice in contexts of vulnerability and to be a contribution to reflect on the importance of sustained community practices from a Extended Clinic El presente artículo se desarrolla a partir de la práctica en un dispositivo grupal con adolescentes dependiente de la Dirección Provincial de Salud Mental llevada a cabo en un efector de salud del primer nivel de atención de la ciudad de Rosario durante el período comprendido entre los años 2017 y 2019. A lo largo del trabajo se recuperan conceptualizaciones psicoanalíticas en torno a las adolescencias y se tensionan con las realidades cotidianas que atraviesan los jóvenes exclusión, violencias, vulnerabilidad, desafiliación. El recorrido por sus trayectorias sociales muestra la forma particular que asumen las adolescencias en la singularidad de este barrio. El artículo pretende dejar registro de algunos efectos derivados del trabajo en el dispositivo en tanto instancia o voz de cuidado en contextos de vulnerabilidad y ser un aporte para reflexionar acerca de la importancia de las prácticas comunitarias sostenidas desde un enfoque de Clínica Ampliada.
