It also tries to approximate possible answers to the question about the conditions of possibility for ties production at school. Categories such as childhood, filiatory relationship and transmission are necessary as conceptual references. The analysis proposed by some researches about the teacher discomfort and the school are intrinsic to the problematic knot of this work, in addition to the categories of social vulnerability and disaffiliation. The exploratory–qualitative study has a design based on the Vital History of Work (HVT) method, as well as clinical material presented as vignettes. The institutional space of application of this system frames the experience referred: Mental Health practice in the Teachers Union of Santa Fe territory, specifically in the Rosario branch El trabajo que se presenta constituye un modo de contribuir a pensar y dejar registro de una particular forma de manifestación del malestar docente en la actualidad. Aproxima posibles respuestas a la pregunta por las condiciones de posibilidad para la producción de lazo en la escuela. Categorías como infancia, lazo filiatorio y transmisión, se hacen necesarias, en tanto referencias conceptuales. El recorrido que se propone por algunos estudios acerca del malestar docente y la escuela, son intrínsecos al nudo problemático de este trabajo, así como las categorías de vulnerabilidad social y desafiliación. El estudio de corte exploratorio–cualitativo tiene un diseño basado en el dispositivo Historia Vital del Trabajo (HVT), como también, material clínico trabajado a modo de viñetas. El espacio institucional de aplicación del dispositivo enmarca la experiencia realizada: práctica de salud mental en el sindicato docente de la Provincia de Santa Fe, específicamente en la delegación Rosario del mismo.
