The main point of analysis is the device created to explore the different aspects developed and the consequent practices that concern subjective aspects observed during the stay of young people in it. Meantime, we try to point out the possibilities of answering the policital demand of labour addressed by a clinical strategy as a chance to promote subjectivity. da por la implementación de un Programa de Inclusión Juvenil municipal, destinado a un grupo de jóvenes varones de entre 15 y 30 años, habitantes de un barrio marginal de una ciudad del sur de la provincia de Santa Fe. Se toma como núcleo de análisis el dispositivo que se constituyó, con el objetivo de explorar los distintos aspectos desplegados en su desarrollo y los movimientos subjetivantes producidos en el transcurso del pasaje de los jóvenes por el mismo. Asimismo, se ilustra sobre la posibilidad de responder a la demanda política de inclusión de los jóvenes a través de la inserción laboral, con la instrumentación de un dispositivo direccionado por la estrategia clínica como apuesta a la producción de subjetividad.
