| Sumario: | This article analyzes sexist violence in the public sphere, specifically in higher education institutions. Although these institutions appear as conservative social agents, who subscribe to the climate of silencing or invisibilization of the gender violence that occurs within them, they have also become in the last five years, in places of feminist resistance when developing the novelty Protocols of action against sexist violence in more than forty public universities in the country. In this way, the argumentative development of this work incorporates both the historical-political context of analysis and the classic feminist conceptualizations, as well as the binding regulations and the existing statistical data on the phenomenon studied. |
