| Sumario: | Taking as a study case the Facebook group "Becarixs hartxs", we investigate the construction of a collective subjectivity among the CONICET research fellows who in 2020 created this group, regarding their experiences on labor and gender violence that occurred in their relationships with their scholarship directors. The work methodology was based on an exploratory qualitative research oriented to virtual ethnography. The corpus was made up of a selection of publications in its first two months of existence and interviews with moderators and creators. As a result, it is concluded that the tightening of virtual ties, generated from the exchanges produced in this closed and horizontal group, acted as a response and action in the face of the generalized perception of a lack of institutional accompaniment, enabling the emergence of forms of agency for the definition and resolution of the violence experienced. |
