The work methodology was based on an exploratory qualitative research oriented to virtual ethnography. The corpus was made up of a selection of publications in its first two months of existence and interviews with moderators and creators. As a result, it is concluded that the tightening of virtual ties, generated from the exchanges produced in this closed and horizontal group, acted as a response and action in the face of the generalized perception of a lack of institutional accompaniment, enabling the emergence of forms of agency for the definition and resolution of the violence experienced. Tomando por caso el grupo cerrado de Facebook “Becarixs hartxs”, indagamos la construcción de una subjetividad colectiva en lxs becarixs de investigación CONICET que en 2020 crearon este grupo ante experiencias de violencias laborales y de género atravesadas en la relación con sus directores de beca. La metodología de trabajo se basó en una investigación cualitativa exploratoria orientada a la etnografía virtual. El corpus se compuso de una selección de publicaciones en sus primeros dos meses de existencia y de entrevistas a lxs moderadorxs y creadores. Como resultado se concluye que el estrechamiento de lazos virtuales, generados desde los intercambios producidos en este grupo cerrado y horizontal, obró como una respuesta y acción ante la percepción generalizada de un falta de acompañamiento institucional, posibilitando la emergencia de formas de agenciamiento para la definición y resolución de las violencias atravesadas. Tomando como estudo de caso o grupo fechado no Facebook "Becarixs hartxs", investigamos a construção de uma subjetividade coletiva nos bolsistas da pesquisa CONICET que criaram este grupo em 2020 em resposta a experiências de violência trabalhista e de gênero em suas relações com seus diretores de bolsa. A metodologia de trabalho foi baseada em pesquisas qualitativas exploratórias orientadas para a etnografia virtual. O corpus consistiu de uma seleção de publicações em seus dois primeiros meses de existência e entrevistas com moderadores e criadores. Como resultado, conclui-se que o fortalecimento dos laços virtuais, gerados a partir dos intercâmbios produzidos neste grupo fechado e horizontal, atuou como resposta e ação à percepção generalizada da falta de acompanhamento institucional, possibilitando o surgimento de formas de agência para a definição e resolução da violência experimentada.
