I15-R214-article-1422021-03-07T17:58:49Z The "female subject" of women´´´'s human rights : Contributions from a feminist review El “arquetipo mujer” de los derechos humanos de las mujeres : Aportes desde una revisión feminista Aucía, Analía Marinelli, Lucía Violence against women Human rights of women Intersectionality Black feminism Decolonial feminism Violencia contra las mujeres Derechos humanos de las mujeres Interseccionalidad Feminismo negro Feminismo decolonial In this paper we analyze some life experiences of women that are not reflected in the subject that supports the formulations of human rights and to which protection is directed through regulations, public policies, etc. Feminisms have shown that this hegemonic subject is not neutral to gender, class, “race”, among other categories. That subject collects the life experiences of men, heterosexuals, whites and property-owning. Therefore, women have needed to obtain instruments and specific public policies of protection. This is because women are constituted as “otherness” with respect to that subject that became hegemonic. However, within the "women" category, there are hierarchies in the field of protection, since also those specific instruments aimed at women, build an ideal type of woman, a subject of protection. Consequently, the categories of sexual orientation, class and “race” are not adequately considered for the protection of the rights of all women.
