In this article, we analyze the immigration policies implemented by the municipality of Córdoba during the 2019-2023 government period, with a focus on the integration of the migrant population into the city. We examine the connection between these policies and the city's process of internationalization. Additionally, we recover the work carried out with the city's collectives in previous government periods. Through a qualitative methodology centered on the review of archives, social networks, public documents, and international organizations, along with interviews with key officials, we reconstruct the meanings attributed by the municipal administration to the policies directed at the migrant population. We emphasize those policies oriented towards cultural integration, which include a specific participation mechanism, as well as policies related to labor inclusion. Finally, we analyze a specific action linked to voter registration for the 2023 municipal elections. In this regard, we explore the possibilities of this action to open the door to a more consolidated political participation. Las políticas migratorias desarrolladas por los gobiernos locales son clave para identificar disputas por el ejercicio de derechos y el acceso a la ciudadanía social y política. En este artículo se analizan las políticas migratorias implementadas por la municipalidad de Córdoba durante el período de gobierno 2019-2023, orientadas a la inserción de la población migrante en la ciudad. Se identifica la relación de estas políticas con el proceso de internacionalización de la ciudad y se recupera el trabajo realizado con las colectividades en los períodos anteriores de gobierno. A través de una metodología cualitativa centrada en la revisión de archivos, redes sociales, documentos públicos y de organismos internacionales, así como una entrevista con un funcionario clave, se reconstruyen los sentidos otorgados por la administración municipal a las políticas dirigidas a la población migrante. Se enfatiza en aquellas dirigidas a la integración cultural, que cuentan con un dispositivo específico de participación, y en las políticas de inserción laboral. Por último, se analiza una acción específica vinculada al empadronamiento para el voto municipal en las elecciones de 2023. En este sentido, se indaga en las posibilidades de dicha acción para abrir la puerta a una integración política más consolidada.
