To do this, sources such as press releases, official web pages, bilateral and multilateral cooperation agreements, communications and joint declarations, scientific articles and specialized books are examined. Based on the study, progress was found in two central themes on the agenda: cooperation in health, with an emphasis on the joint development of vaccines against Covid-19, and cooperation in the space field, through the formation of a regional space agency, within the framework of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC). However, in both cases important challenges are identified to achieve sovereign projects, with impacts in socio-economic development and tending to a strategic insertion at a regional and global level. El trabajo se propone identificar, describir y analizar la agenda de cooperación científico-tecnológica entre Argentina y México para el período 2019-2022. Para ello, se examinan fuentes como comunicados de prensa, páginas web oficiales, convenios bilaterales y multilaterales de cooperación, comunicaciones y declaraciones conjuntas, artículos científicos y libros especializados. A partir del estudio, se encontraron avances en dos temáticas centrales en agenda: la cooperación en salud, con énfasis en el desarrollo conjunto de vacunas contra el Covid-19, y la cooperación en el ámbito espacial, a través de la conformación de una agencia espacial regional, en el marco de la Comunidad de Estados Latinoamericanos y Caribeños (CELAC). Ahora bien, en ambos casos se identifican importantes desafíos para llegar a concretar proyectos soberanos, con impactos en el desarrollo socio-económico y tendientes a una inserción estratégica a nivel regional y mundial.     ---------- El presente trabajo fue realizado en el marco del Proyecto “La cooperación científico-tecnológica con América Latina en la Argentina contemporánea.
