Sumario:This article aims to show the case of juridical cooperation between the Province of Mendoza, Argentina and Chile, and make known the existing advances and their impact on the timing of justice. Specifically, we focused on requests from the Courts of Mendoza. Before turning to the case in question, we will briefly expose judicial international cooperation to processing international requests; then focus on cooperation at subnational levels, between Mendoza and Chile, and finally, we will refer to the relevant regulations about this specific type of juridical cooperation, in case-study countries. We have established that subnational cooperation between two neighboring countries, this case Argentina and Chile, has been strengthened through the setting-up of specialized offices of juridical cooperation.
