Specifically, we focused on requests from the Courts of Mendoza. Before turning to the case in question, we will briefly expose judicial international cooperation to processing international requests; then focus on cooperation at subnational levels, between Mendoza and Chile, and finally, we will refer to the relevant regulations about this specific type of juridical cooperation, in case-study countries.
