It is an exploratory-descriptive research with a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews with teachers from technical schools in Santa Fe, Santa Cruz, La Pampa, and Río Negro, exploring their knowledge and experience in integrating Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) into teaching. The results highlight various conditions that influence the implementation of digital tools. In terms of material and technical aspects, the lack of adequate resources and limited Internet access stand out. At the professional level, the need for continuous training and inequalities in digital competencies were identified. Regarding schooling, both teachers and students face challenges in accessing the necessary devices and platforms for effective teaching. Therefore, the study underscores the importance of teacher training to actively and meaningfully leverage ICT, promoting not only knowledge acquisition but also the development of practical and critical skills among students. Este trabajo analiza las prácticas docentes y el uso de recursos tecnológico-digitales en escuelas secundarias técnicas de Argentina, con el propósito de fortalecer la formación docente en estrategias innovadoras para la educación técnico-profesional (ETP). Se trata de una investigación exploratorio-descriptiva con un enfoque metodológico mixto, combinando datos cualitativos y cuantitativos. La recolección de información se llevó a cabo mediante entrevistas semi-estructuradas a docentes de escuelas técnicas de Santa Fe, Santa Cruz, La Pampa y Río Negro, explorando su conocimiento y experiencia en la integración de herramientas digitales en la enseñanza. Los resultados evidencian diversas condiciones que influyen en la implementación de herramientas digitales. En el aspecto material y técnico, se destaca la falta de recursos adecuados y el acceso limitado a Internet. A nivel profesional, se identificó la necesidad de capacitación continúa y las desigualdades en competencias digitales. En términos de escolarización, tanto docentes como estudiantes enfrentan dificultades para acceder a los dispositivos y plataformas necesarias para una enseñanza efectiva. Por lo tanto, el estudio subraya la importancia de la formación docente para aprovechar las herramientas digitales de manera activa y significativa, promoviendo no solo la adquisición de conocimientos, sino también el desarrollo de habilidades prácticas y críticas en los estudiantes.
