Inequalities, policies and resistances (Millenaar, Garino, Roberti & Jacinto, 2024), which compiles the latest productions of PRE- JET researchers, incorporating a gender perspective into studies on education, work and youth trajectories. The contributions are organized around three thematicaxes, related to each other: policies aimed at reversing gender inequalities, educational-labor trajectories from a gender perspective, and processes of professional socialization of women in masculinized careers. Se presenta una reseña del libro que recopila las últimas producciones de investigadoras/es del PREJET, incorporando una perspectiva de género a los estudios sobre educación, trabajo y trayectorias juveniles. Los aportes están organizados en torno a tres ejes temáticos, relacionados entre sí: políticas tendientes a revertir las desigualdades de género, trayectorias educativo-laborales desde una perspectiva de género y procesos de socialización profesional de mujeres en carreras masculinizadas.
