Sumario:This article offers a pedagogical analysis of aesthetic expressions in Neuquén secondary school buildings. The research results are produced within the conceptual framework of two projects that aimed to study school spaces from the perspective of the spatial turn. Taking this conceptual context into account, we propose an  aesthetic perspective of school spaces  taking into account the materiality of buildings. Thus, based on fieldwork conducted in three schools, we classified the traces of memory printed on school buildings, and we also analyzed the signs that highlight debates about human rights that have been materialized in the buildings.
