In order to achieve it, the opinion of managers, teachers, students and graduates of an Engineering career in Argentina had been studied and correlated between them.A qualitative-quantitative methodology was employed. Face-to-face interviews were carried out with the career management department and an online survey was conducted with the fourth- and fifth-year students. Subsequently, a survey was conducted to the teachers of the career and, finally, graduates as well. The board members think that it is difficult for a subject to teach how to be an entrepreneur, but that it is better to transpose it by constantly setting an example, while the students show a great predisposition to start their own enterprises. The lecturers believe that their matter is of great importance to develop a sustainable country, but it is not fully developed within the career syllabus. The most influential factors in the entrepreneurial attitude are family and friends. Each group point out the lack of the linkage between Entrepreneurship and the career. It is important to make a change towards a develop of Entrepreneur skills in the University. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la importancia de incluir y enseñar el tema del Emprendedorismo en los sistemas educativos. Para esto, se releva y relaciona la opinión de directivos, docentes, alumnos y graduados de una carrera de Ingeniería en Argentina.Mediante el empleo de una metodología cuali-cuantitativa, se realizaron entrevistas presenciales al cuerpo de gestión de la carrera y se llevó a cabo una encuesta online a los alumnos de cuarto y quinto año. Posteriormente, se realizó una encuesta a los docentes de la carrera y, en último lugar, se encuestaron a los graduados. Los directivos opinan que es difícil que una materia pueda enseñar cómo ser un emprendedor, sino que es mejor realizar la transposición dando el ejemplo constante, en tanto que los alumnos muestran una gran predisposición a realizar emprendimientos propios. Los profesores opinan que el tema es necesario para el desarrollo sustentable del país, pero se encuentra poco desarrollado en la currícula de la carrera. Los factores más influyentes en la actitud emprendedora son la familia y amigos. Cada grupo encuestado marca una faltante en la vinculación del Emprendedorismo con la carrera, siendo importante un cambio hacia el sentido de un desarrollo emprendedor en la Universidad.
