For that purpose, coming from the available literature mainly within the European context, the highlights of a shared educational project are described, stressing the educational community participation, the reorganization of the spaces, educational services and curriculum and the ethical values that inclusion should be based on. After a theoretical presentation, outstanding examples of educational projects and practices that foster the development of more inclusive spaces are collected. The Learning Communities project is a proposal for educational transformation that, within the framework of dialogic learning, promotes successful educational activities such as interactive groups, extension of learning time, dialogic literary circles and the participation of families and other community members, among others. En este artículo, de carácter teórico, se presentan las características fundamentales que facilitan el desarrollo de escuelas y aulas inclusivas a tener en cuenta para cualquier profesional educativo. Para ello, a partir de la literatura disponible fundamentalmente en el contexto europeo, se presenta una descripción de los aspectos más destacados de un proyecto educativo compartido, destacando la participación de la comunidad educativa, la reorganización de los espacios, los servicios educativos y el currículum y los valores éticos que deben orientar este camino hacia la inclusión. Tras ello, se recogen ejemplos destacados de proyectos y prácticas educativas que favorecen el desarrollo de espacios más inclusivos. El proyecto de Comunidades de Aprendizaje es una propuesta de trasformación educativa que, en el marco del aprendizaje dialógico, impulsa actuaciones educativas de éxito como son los grupos interactivos, la extensión del tiempo de aprendizaje, las tertulias dialógicas y la participación de las familias y otros miembros de la comunidad, entre otras.
