I will highlight the difficulties and challenges surrounding education practices, proposing possible interventions to address the social, cultural, and political situations of young people, based on the complexity and socio-cultural diversity of which we are a part and that runs through us, recovering ethnographic practice and clarifying the contributions of Anthropology to educational problems. En este ensayo pretendo reflexionar sobre el oficio docente desde mi rol de Profesor en Antropología y la experiencia de transitar la carrera en la Universidad Nacional de Rosario (Santa Fe, Argentina), mi recorrido final sobre las prácticas de Residencia en el mismo espacio donde comenzó mi interés por la carrera: Escuela Secundaria Bilingüe N°518 Carlos Fuentealba, de la ciudad de Rosario. Destacaré las dificultades y desafíos en torno a las prácticas educativas, proponiendo posibles intervenciones para abordar situaciones sociales, culturales y políticas de los jóvenes, partiendo de la complejidad y diversidad socio-cultural de la que somos parte y que nos atraviesa, recuperando la práctica etnográfica y clarificando los aportes de la Antropología a la problemática educativa.  Neste ensaio pretendo refletir sobre a profissão docente a partir da minha atuação como Professor Catedrático de Antropologia e da experiência de transitar a carreira na Universidade Nacional de Rosário (Santa Fé, Argentina), meu percurso final nas práticas de Residência no mesmo espaço onde começou meu interesse pela carreira: a Escola Secundária Bilíngue nº 518 Carlos Fuentealba, na cidade de Rosário. Destacarei as dificuldades e os desafios que envolvem as práticas educativas, propondo possíveis intervenções para afrontar  as situações sociais, culturais e políticas dos jovens, a partir da complexidade e diversidade sociocultural da qual fazemos parte e que nos permeia, recuperando a prática etnográfica e esclarecendo as contribuições da antropologia para as questões educacionais.
