| Sumario: | This proposal derives from several research and extension projects, continuing a line of work developed by the author's team that aims to contribute to the formalization of the family and artisanal agri-food activity of families participating in a fair that we coordinate in the Buenos Aires peri-urban area. This is the virtual marketing experience of artisanal food baskets “La Feria con Vos” (which we designed and executed since June 2020 as an innovative technological-social development on a local scale, to respond to the lack of income due to the suspension of in-person fairs with the quarantine). By applying risk analysis methodologies and ethnographic field work in production sites and during deliveries, an attempt is made to achieve registration of the stallholders in different provincial and national registries. |
