Quiroga published a total of ten stories in Plus Ultra between 1917 and 1920, of which seven remain, to the best of our knowledge, unpublished. Our objective will be, therefore, to explore Quiroga's image in the supplement, as well as the various stories published by the author, especially those that were not later incorporated into a book (although they have inspired, on some occasions, characters and anecdotes that later appear in other narrations). La publicación de numerosos cuentos de Horacio Quiroga en la revista ilustrada Caras y Caretas, así como la influencia de ésta en la conformación de su imagen de escritor y en ciertas prácticas típicas del escritor profesional, es bien conocida. No obstante, no se ha estudiado la presencia de la figura y los textos de Quiroga en el suplemento mensual de Caras y Caretas, Plus Ultra, editado entre 1916 y 1930. Quiroga publicó en total diez cuentos en Plus Ultra entre 1917 y 1920, de los cuales siete permanecen, hasta donde llega nuestro conocimiento, inéditos.
