It can be read as a powerful intervention in the public sphere that aims to build another archive in relation to the life and death of her brother Ricardo, known by his montonero war name as El Pato. This article focuses on the representations that the brothers have about the militancy of the 70s. The question that challenges us is whether it is possible to speak in this case of a differential perspective on the record of what Elizabeth Jelin has called familism in the struggles for the legitimacy of the speach. Is it possible for the brothers to deconstruct the archives that human rights organizations and the memories of the militancy have been building in Argentina, to offer knew knowledge?
