In this article I propose to review the semiotic operations carried out by the political discourses, images, and literature of the late 1960s to continue his legacy. To this end, and focusing on the subjective and territorial displacements that characterised Guevara's life, I reflect on the ways in which signs and editorial work and/or visual reproduction managed to multiply and re-power the concept of trace. La muerte del comandante Ernesto Che Guevara en Bolivia impactó de lleno en todo el movimiento revolucionario latinoamericano pero especialmente en La Habana. En este artículo me propongo revisar las operaciones semióticas que llevan adelante los discursos políticos, las imágenes y la literatura de fines de los ´60 para continuar el legado del Guerrillero Heroico. Para eso, y haciendo foco en los desplazamientos subjetivos y territoriales que caracterizaron la vida de Guevara, reflexiono en torno a las maneras en las que los signos y el trabajo editorial y/o de reproducción visual lograron multiplicar y repotenciar el concepto de huella.
