Los pasos previos se sitúa en una frontera genérica donde su régimen de verdad no es fácilmente identificable al reunir periodismo de investigación, testimonio y ficción en un movimiento en el cual la autoría ya no es sólo la de Urondo (aunque el libro aparezca bajo su firma) sino también la de Raimundo Ongaro, Rodolfo Walsh y Pedro Leopoldo Barraza. En este sentido, el trabajo da cuenta del modo de narrar específico del relato novelesco escrito por Urondo, de los segmentos de las notas periodísticas de Barraza sobre el caso Vallese (1963) y de fragmentos de Solo el pueblo salvará al pueblo (1970) de Ongaro acompañados de comentarios de Walsh; así como también evalúa las relaciones que se tejen entre estos materiales. Por último, se trata de leer esta apuesta narrativa en el contexto fuertemente politizado de fines de los años sesenta y comienzo de los setenta en el que los escritores buscaban nuevas formas de expresión que pudieran contribuir con las transformaciones sociales que se buscaban. Abstract: This article exposes the form in which the text forms Los pasos previos (1974) of Francisco Urondo and the relations that it plans in the cultural and artistic horizon in the one that registers. Los pasos previos it places in a generic border where his regime indeed is not easily identifiable on having assembled investigative journalism, testimony and fiction in a movement where the authorship already is not only that of Urondo (though the book there appears under his signature) but also that of Raimundo Ongaro, Rodolfo Walsh and Pedro Leopoldo Barraza. In this respect, the work realizes of the way of narrating specific of the fictional statement written by Urondo, of the segments of Barraza's journalistic notes on the case (1963) Be Fenced and from fragments of Only the people it will save the people (1970) of Ongaro accompanied of Walsh's comments; as well as also he evaluates the relations that are woven between these materials. Finally, it is a question of reading this narrative bet in the context strongly politicized of ends of the sixties and beginning of the seventies in which the writers were looking for new forms of expression that they could contribute with the social transformations that were looked.
