Thus we can locate it in the micro-powers and the political technologies of the body. According to the indiciary paradigm, it is the data of the Cuban-on-thestreet and his daily life that help us understand that the State reaches complete control of the body, a complete contribution of the energies of its citizens. Historically, their bases of independent power were assigned in favor of the process of centralization and militarization of the State as of 1959. Paradoxically, this process had precedents at the time that the struggle was being made to validate the 1940 Constitution -a vanguard of the democracy in the Western Hemisphere. La microhistoria italiana de Carlo Ginzburg y la microfísica del poder elaborada por Michel Foucault, nos permiten explicar la dominación del cuerpo en el totalitarismo cubano. Así lo podemos ubicar en los micropoderes y las tecnologías políticas del cuerpo. Conforme al paradigma indiciario, son los datos del cubano de la calle y su cotidianidad los que nos ayudan a entender que el Estado llega a un dominio completo del cuerpo, a una contribución completa de las energías de sus ciudadanos. Históricamente, ellos cedieron sus bases de poder independiente en favor del proceso de centralización y militarización del Estado a partir de 1959. Paradójicamente, ese proceso tuvo antecedentes en la época que se luchaba por darle validez a la Constitución de 1940 -vanguardia de la democracia en el hemisferio occidental..
