Este trabajo analiza las intervenciones psicológicas en adolescentes infractores en el ámbito judicial, considerando leyes vigentes, aportes teóricos y experiencias interdisciplinarias. También se evalúan los efectos de medidas como la baja de edad de punibilidad y el rol del Estado en implementar acciones que promuevan la protección, educación y acompañamiento de niños, niñas y adolescentes como base para una sociedad inclusiva.
