Firstly, we will consider the work of S. Bleichmar to demonstrate the way in which this author seeks to ensure the validity of the psychoanalytic practice by means of the Subject that, due to its constitutive relation with the law, remains the same despite all the historical and political transformations given in the field of subjectivity. Secondly, we will consider the work of J. Alemán to demonstrate the way in which this author rela- tes the possibility of political resistance with the Subject that, due to its structural relation with the language, constitutes an element of permanence that resists the historical and political productions of subjectivity. In both these authors, such important motifs as the clinical and the political ones depend on that element of permanence that is the Subject in opposition with the transformations that take place in the field of subjectivity. Lastly, the- se propositions will let us discuss the relation of the law, which in both cases constitutes the element that ensures the permanence of the Subject, with the historical and political transformations that are problematic in these perspectives. Este trabajo toma la distinción entre el Sujeto y la subjetividad para desarro- llar ciertas cuestiones vinculadas a los problemas de la permanencia y la transformación en psicoanálisis. En primer lugar, tomaremos a S. Bleichmar para demostrar cómo esta autora busca asegurar la vigencia de la práctica psicoanalítica por apelación al Sujeto que, dada su relación constitutiva con la ley, permanece no obstante todas las transformacio nes histórico-políticas dadas en el campo de la subjetividad. En segundo lugar, tomaremos a J. Alemán para demostrar cómo este autor vincula la posibilidad de resistencia política con el Sujeto que, dado su vínculo estructural con el lenguaje, constituye un elemento de permanencia que resiste a las producciones histórico-políticas de subjetividad a manos del poder. En estos autores, el motivo clínico y el político que plantean dependen de aquel elemento de permanencia que es el Sujeto en oposición a las transformaciones dadas en el campo de la subjetividad. Estos planteos nos permitirán discutir la relación de la ley, que en los mismos es el elemento que asegura la permanencia del Sujeto, con las transforma- ciones históricas y políticas, problematizadas desde estas perspectivas.
