Structuralism as a new model of science is deployed from the hermeneutics of suspicion and is played on the ground of linguistics, elevating it to the rank of a pilot science. From the language-structure equivalence, places, relationships, and functions are established. They allow a reading of Freud from key formalization to think about its transmission. Lacan se inscribe en el paradigma del pensamiento estructuralista de su época presente como telón de fondo desde el dictado de su primer seminario en 1953 y sosteniéndolo por más de 10 años. Ello no implica que haga una lectura estructuralista del psicoanálisis, por el contrario, Lacan hace una lectura psicoanalítica utilizando referencias del estructuralismo. El estructuralismo como nuevo modelo de ciencia se despliega desde la hermenéutica de la sospecha y se juega sobre el suelo de la lingüística elevándola al rango de ciencia piloto.
