Thus, we will discuss the notions of knowledge, truth and the idea of lack, present mainly in Lacan’s works in order to envolving them in the interpretation of this literary work to follow what and how Schreber teaches Psychoanalysis Este artículo apunta a problematizar la apropiación del libro de Daniel Paul Schreber intitulado Memorias de un enfermo de nervios por el padre del psicoanálisis como una forma de hacer de esa obra literaria un caso clínico que le permitiría avanzar en sus estudios sobre lo que él denominó en su época como paranoia, y que posteriormente entraría en la categoría más amplia de las psicosis. De este modo, discutiremos las nociones de saber y verdad, como así también la noción de falta, presentes fundamentalmente en los trabajos de Lacan, a los efectos de implicarlas en la aprehensión de esta obra literaria, con el fin de seguir aquello que Schreber le enseña al psicoanálisis, y de qué manera lo hace. Este artigo visa problematizar a apropriação do livro de Daniel Paul Schreber Memórias de um doente dos nervos pelo pai da psicanálise como forma de fazer desta obra literária um caso clínico que lhe permitiria avançar em seus estudos sobre o que ele chamou, na época, de paranoia, mas que posteriormente, entrará na categoria mais ampla de psicoses.
