Indeed, the community idea-element stands out because it is considered a phenomenon that has a double analytical axis: intellectual origin of the concept versus current political use, all within the modern theoretical-sociological tradition, trying to demonstrate in the following lines that there is the preservation of an original idea of community in sociological thought (contemporaneously applied to government policies), but at the same time the overcoming of itself.
