In the debates for its approval, economic and technical aspects related to it were examined. In the absence of other studies, the objective of this work was to anticipate possible cultural changes in the public space, reviewing the proposal and comparing it with similar formulations of Public-Private Alliance for cultural spaces of local state management. To do this, we use the recommendations of Public-Private Partnerships proposed by Goal 17 - Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development. The methodology used was qualitative techniques through a bibliographic and documentary review that included documents presented by international organizations. Using the goals proposed by SDG 17, the need to generate a tool to establish collaboration frameworks between the different actors to guarantee the objectives of the cultural policy of the local administration was noted. El presente artículo comienza revisando el proyecto de concesión de la gestión de la Plaza del Agua - Mar del Plata, presentado al Honorable Concejo Deliberante del Partido de Gral. Pueyrredon por Wam Entertaiment Company S.A – Espacio Clarín bajo la forma de iniciativa privada para refuncionalizar y poner en valor dicho espacio. En los debates para su aprobación se examinaron aspectos económicos y técnicos vinculados al mismo. Ante la ausencia de otros estudios, el objetivo de este trabajo fue anticipar posibles cambios culturales en el espacio público realizado una revisión de la propuesta y comparándola con formulaciones similares de Alianza Pública Privada para espacios culturales de gestión estatal local. Para ello, utilizamos las recomendaciones de Alianzas Pública Privada propuestas por el Objetivo 17 - Agenda 2030 de Desarrollo Sostenible. La metodología utilizada fueron técnicas cualitativas mediante una revisión bibliográfica y documental que incluyó documentos presentados por organismos internacionales. Utilizando las metas propuestas por el ODS 17, se advirtió la necesidad de generar una herramienta para permitiera establecer los marcos de colaboración entre los diferentes actores para garantizar los objetivos de la política cultural de la administración local.
