El artículo busca comprender la estrategia de inserción argentina, para poder vislumbrarla necesitamos: primero analizar cuál es el contexto internacional en el que estamos inmersos -marcado por una disputa entre diversos polos de poder-, y, en segundo lugar, cómo la administración macrista ha diseñado una que encuentra serias dificultades para relacionarse con dicho contexto.
