In this sense, the possibility of a new look at the practice of international relations and the production of foreign policy is postulated in the light of the feminist epistemology developed by theorists such as Sandra Harding, Donna Haraway and Fox Keller. These authors raised the need for a strong reflexivity on knowledge and expressed that the West has given a greater hierarchy to the mode of human experience considered masculine and relegated to others.
