In this research, the nuclear capabilities of Israel, Saudi Arabia and Turkey are analyzed and compared, in order to define their dissuasive status vis-à-vis the Islamic Republic of Iran between 2003 and 2018. Adopting as main variables the economic capacities, the resources used  in a nuclear program and the limitations and political support to them, this research concludes that the threat that generates the Iranian nuclear program triggers an arms race between the 3 States named above against the new deterrent scenario.
