It has become evident from the practice than of nothing it is worth the perfecting of the documents that they may exist from the theoretic point of view related with the attention to diversity, else you get perfect parallel to the person that utilizes them. The present article stems from an extensive bibliographic analysis and it centers his attention in the importance of the professional overcoming of the educator of the babyhood in the attention to children's diversity. El acelerado desarrollo científico-técnico de la sociedad actual y su proyección futura, plantea nuevos desafíos a los profesionales de la educación de la primera infancia; demanda de ellos una actitud de superación que les permita actualizarse atendiendo a las exigencias de lo que hoy representa la cultura de la diversidad. Desde la práctica se ha evidenciado que de nada vale el perfeccionamiento de los documentos que puedan existir desde el punto de vista teórico relacionados con la atención a la diversidad, si no se perfecciona paralelamente a la persona que los utiliza. El presente artículo es el resultado de un extenso análisis bibliográfico y centra su atención en la importancia de la superación profesional del educador de la primera infancia en la atención a la diversidad de niños.
