From the epistemological system logic of Niklas Luhmann, the article will try to exhibit the impact of Ukraine’s conflict in the regional security system and the interests of secondary actors in these dynamics. El complejo de seguridad postsoviético, en la teoría de Barry Buzan y Ole Waever, resulta un caso paradigmático para analizar la transformación de un sistema regional, debido a la implosión de la Unión Soviética y a la emergencia de nuevos EstadosNación con peso en la toma de decisiones de la región. A partir de la lógica epistemológica sistémica de Niklas Luhmann, se buscará dar cuenta del conflicto en Ucrania y el impacto que el mismo tiene en el sistema regional de seguridad y los intereses de los actores secundarios en esta dinámica.
