| Sumario: | The energy crisis that affected Argentina had several causes and its consequences were highly visible at the end of 2011 when Argentina registered a trade deficit. This juncture forced the actors involved to make decisions in this regard and taking a stand on the issue, generating a complex process of rearrangements. This work is close to these events, which ended with the nationalization of the oil company YPF in April 2012. We will focus our analysis in the early stages of public policy, the emergence of the issue and its inclusion in the government's agenda of the National Executive Power and its development until the decision making in alliance with the country's oil-producing provinces. |
