The reconstruction of this process seeks to recover the actors involved in said institutional dynamics, as well as the development of research areas, without losing sight of the circulation of knowledge and people that occurred from the so-called "Michigan Mission" and the Projects of Technical Cooperation of the Food and Agriculture Organization. In this way, it seeks to put into dialogue the new analytical approaches about the State, which carry out a study "from the inside", in order to address the tensions, confluences of interests and historicity of the aforementioned institutional project. The methodological approach will be based on a qualitative approach, based on the analysis of Technical Bulletins resulting from research published by the EEAB, thesis of the Faculty of Agronomy (FAB) and Reports of Departments of the UIB. El artículo indaga en el desarrollo de la Estación Experimental Agropecuaria Balcarce, perteneciente al Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Agropecuaria, y su integración con la Facultad de Agronomía dependiente de la Universidad Católica de Mar del Plata en 1963, formando hasta el día de hoy la Unidad Integrada Balcarce. En la reconstrucción de este proceso se busca recuperar a los actores involucrados en dicha dinámica institucional, así como el desarrollo de áreas de investigación, sin perder de vista la circulación de saberes y personas acontecida a partir de la llamada “Misión Michigan” y los Proyectos de Cooperación Técnica de la Food and Agriculture Organization. De esta manera, se procura poner en diálogo las nuevas aproximaciones analíticas acerca del Estado, las cuales realizan un estudio “desde adentro”, en pos de abordar las tensiones, confluencias de intereses e historicidad del proyecto institucional antes mencionado. El abordaje metodológico se apoyará en uno de carácter cualitativo, a partir del análisis de Boletines Técnicos fruto de las investigaciones publicadas por la EEAB, tesis de grado de la Facultad de Agronomía (FAB) e Informes de Departamentos de la UIB.
