These references have allowed us to deepen our knowledge about University Policies adopted by Peronism and different experiences from local and regional Universities. Nevertheless, there is still a need for studies focused on the “Universidad Nacional del Litoral” and the “Facultad de Filosofía y Letras”, which was funded in the city of Rosario in 1946. The aim of this article is to develop an approach to the study of the Faculty’s own history, with a particular interest in the reconstruction of some intellectual trajectories and discourse interventions during its foundation and the first years of its institutional development. In order to reflect on the possible effects of these discourses, the last part of this dissertation contains a letter written by a young worker to the University authorities. This is a case of a man who aimed to be a psychologist but he did not succeed in getting his Middle School degree. In his own argumentation, we can identify a claim for recognition not only as a young self-taught person, but also as a worker who was loyal to Perón.
