| Sumario: | This article examines, from an intersection between theories from sociosemiotics and user experience, the interaction proposal offered by two Argentine banking institutions, one private and one state-owned, during the period 2021-2023, in their online banking interfaces, also known as homebanking. As a result of the analysis of the graphical user interfaces, we identified configurations, that form discursive grammars, which refer back to the conditions of production. The shared results are part of a larger research project, in which the comparative analysis of the interactive proposal of the studied interfaces is complemented by an exploration of the interaction strategies effectively adopted by their users. |
