Sumario:How to propose a growth strategy in an organization, in which continuity is compromised? The challenge for the leaders of the 21 st century is to make the organization walk towards the future form its deepest sources, perhaps the foundational ones, those that no one suspected of rethinking or reflecting on them again. What is enriching about this proposal is to listen again and interpret those intentions that wer inspired by the illusion of growing up, and that began with people. Those people, when they founded the organization, looked at it from the top down, today, in this new model, they must serve and support them form the bottom up, turning each one of those who pass through the strategic future into protagonists, form the role they occupy.
