The challenge for the leaders of the 21 st century is to make the organization walk towards the future form its deepest sources, perhaps the foundational ones, those that no one suspected of rethinking or reflecting on them again. What is enriching about this proposal is to listen again and interpret those intentions that wer inspired by the illusion of growing up, and that began with people. Those people, when they founded the organization, looked at it from the top down, today, in this new model, they must serve and support them form the bottom up, turning each one of those who pass through the strategic future into protagonists, form the role they occupy. ¿Cómo plantear una estrategia de crecimiento en una organización, en la que la continuidad está comprometida? El desafío de los líderes del siglo XXI, es hacer caminar a la organización hacia el futuro desde sus fuentes más profundas, quizás las fundacionales, las que nadie sospechaba repensarlas o volver a reflexionar sobre ellas. Lo enriquecedor de este planteo es, volver a escuchar e interpretar aquellas intenciones que estuvieron inspiradas en la ilusión de crecer, y que comenzaron a partir de las personas. Esas personas, cuando fundaron la organización, la miraron desde arriba hacia abajo, hoy, en este nuevo modelo las deber servir y apuntalar desde abajo hacia arriba, convirtiendo en protagonistas a cada uno de los que transitan el devenir estratégico, desde el rol que ocupen.
