| Sumario: | Changes in labor relations were observed and described before and after the peak of the pandemic; today in the final stretches of that arduous journey, expectations and challenges stand out. Labor relations have been modified as a result of changes in the environment and in organizations. It is premature to specify consequences or measure impacts; the truth is that there is no going back to the past. The purpose of this research work is to interpret the present based on current labor chronicles, in order to predict possible future trends. |
